Customer's reviews
They did an outstanding job cleaning my aerobic septic system! Carl did an awesome job and he also is an ace at driving the truck which seems to be hard to find these days!! I'm a very particular person since I'm an Engineer. I always have issues with trucks and even cars running over my sprinklers since they are close to the edge of the driveway. He backed it with ease into a tight space. I will certainly see them again in a few years! Oh, and one more thing, the tuck did not leak any oil or hydraulic fluid on my driveway like ALL the other companies had done in the past. They obviously maintain their equipment and respect customer property. Too many other companies just don't care or even think about it. Burleson Septic, keep it up! Thanks. ~JP Davet

Amazing service all around! I truly felt like they had our best interests in mind and were not out to just get our money. I will recommend this company to anyone needing septic service and we will use only them from now on. Our septic system backed up at 7 pm on a Friday night, I called them and at first did not get an answer but a few minuets later they called me and I spoke to Melissa who was super helpful. She explained they could come that night for an after hour fee or she could walk me through relieving the pressure myself which got us through the night until they could come out the next day. Kash was our service technician and was super helpful, straight forward, explained exactly what was going on and how to prevent it in the future. Gave us a ton of information on how to keep our system running efficiently.

I moved here about a year ago and I am not familiar with a septic aerobic system. I called on a Sunday to schedule a routine maintenance septic pump out for Monday since it has been a year since it was pumped. They answered the phone and arrived at my house Monday afternoon. The tech walked me through how the aerobic system works and what to look for in each of the 3 tanks. Once the cleaning was complete, they came back out a few days later to prime my pump once the tanks had enough water in them to run the spray heads. I know how to perform maintenance on the system now (aerator, pump, tablet’s, and spray heads) and understand what to look for. Great overall experience and I highly recommend them to service your system.
