They did an outstanding job cleaning my aerobic septic system! Carl did an awesome job and he also is an ace at driving the truck which seems to be hard to find these days!! I'm a very particular person since I'm an Engineer. I always have issues with trucks and even cars running over my sprinklers since they are close to the edge of the driveway. He backed it with ease into a tight space. I will certainly see them again in a few years! Oh, and one more thing, the tuck did not leak any oil or hydraulic fluid on my driveway like ALL the other companies had done in the past. They obviously maintain their equipment and respect customer property. Too many other companies just don't care or even think about it. Burleson Septic, keep it up! Thanks. ~JP Davet ~ JPEE2009

Very timely service I was quoted that someone could be out between 3 and 5pm they ended up coming at 1130am when I called at 10am. I was told it would be $515 since they would have to dig up the access lids and it included cleaning, and clearing any clogs and was also warned of a $125 fee if there was over 300 gallons of extra water. When I had called a few days prior to get a quote on how much they told me they did not charge tax but when they were finished and gave me the bill it said an extra $20 for taxes was added, I'm not sure if I was just told incorrectly or what happened there but that's not a big deal all around it was great service and the guys were really nice and informative, I will definitely recommend them. ~ Alexis H

Amazing service all around! I truly felt like they had our best interests in mind and were not out to just get our money. I will recommend this company to anyone needing septic service and we will use only them from now on. Our septic system backed up at 7 pm on a Friday night, I called them and at first did not get an answer but a few minuets later they called me and I spoke to Melissa who was super helpful. She explained they could come that night for an after hour fee or she could walk me through relieving the pressure myself which got us through the night until they could come out the next day. Kash was our service technician and was super helpful, straight forward, explained exactly what was going on and how to prevent it in the future. Gave us a ton of information on how to keep our system running efficiently. ~ Noah S

We have been using BSC since we purchased our home 11-years ago, based on a referral from Mike Cobb, Master Plumber. I have always been impressed with Melissa in the office, as well as the techs that come out to do the "dirty" work. Today, I called in, spoke to Melissa. She told me the tech would be out between 1p - 5p, and that the tech would call before he showed up. Kash called me at 2:15p, said he was 15-minutes out. He showed up at 2:30p, got set up, and got the job done. Kash is super professional and super polite! I definitely give BSC 5-Stars and will continue to refer people to BSC for all their septic cleaning needs! Thank you for the awesome service, BSC! ~ Michael M

I recently purchased a home in the area and I contacted Burleson Septic Cleaning first thing this morning. I asked them if they could send someone out to service the system and "teach me the ropes" of maintaining a septic system. They were able to send Thomas out to take a look same day. Thomas was the definition of professional and spent over two hours locating, digging out and cleaning our system, all the while giving us advice and guidance on proper maintenance. Thomas has earned Burleson Septic Cleaning my business and referrals so as long as I'm in this area. You can tell Thomas cares about doing a good job and won't leave without it done the right way. 5 stars + ~ Michael K

Being our first time having to have our septic cleaned out was an interesting experience. After doing my research on different company's and reading many reviews, we decided on this company. And we are extremely glad we did! Called them this past Saturday morning and Rick was at our home within the hour. Since we didn't know much about our septic system he took the time to explain the does and don'ts, explained exactly what type of septic we had and even found the reason why our alarm was going off. And my husband was able to fix it with a simple zip tie that afternoon. After just one time I can say we are now life long customers. They hands down are the best. And they are very lucky to have such a curtious, knowledgeable, and all around great man working for them! Our septic tanks are well cleaned and ready to go for the next few years! ~ Amy H

I would like to say they are excellent! They provide a service that everyone knows is a terrible one:) I called them out because I needed my aerobic septic system cleaned. Not only did I get the service requested, I got a very knowledgeable service from Kevin. He was very polite, courteous, and prompt! He answered questions I had about my system, and advised on things I could do to prolong the use of my system. There are others in this business, but I would recommend them for it. They strive to keep everything in your yard as if they were not there and minimize the impact on the lawn if possible. As their trucks read, #1 in the #2 business!!!! ~ Edmon M

I had another septic tank cleaning company come to the house and could not find the septic tanks to pump out what goes in septic tanks lol. Wasted half my day. I think the pun was intended. Burleson Septic came out. Cash was the technician's name, he was able to find both the tanks within 10 minutes and had them dug up. He also gave me some suggestions on what to do to keep it functioning smoothly. He did his job very professionally and arrived on the time as specified. Today we had a gentleman named Dylan Brinkley from Burleson Septic come out and pump our tanks. He has fantastic people skills. He was exceptional at explaining everything and extremely patient with all of my questions. I asked and called around to several companies for pricing and while Burleson Septic was a bit more expensive, the reviews I was seeing online prompted me to choose them anyway because of the exceptional service they provide. Melissa is very good to work with. Friendly and up front. After contacting several people concerning my septic system, Burleson Septic is the only company that showed any interest in my problem. All I received from others was NO returned phone calls and excuses as to why they could not get to my problem. The guys from Burleson Septic that came out and worked on my septic system were super. We had a different company come out in December of 2023 to pump our tanks and we didn't realize they hadn't pumped all 3 tanks they only pump 1. Over the weekend everything was backing up in the house and couldn't use water. I called Burleson Septic Monday at 830am and explained to the lady the problem we were having and she had two guys out the same day. Burleson Septic were life savers. Ashley was the lady I talked to on the phone and she was absolutely AMAZING! She got me scheduled for the same day service and she knew what she was doing. Along with the service guy, Kris, he called and told me how long he would be until he arrived. He showed up on time and he was done in the amount of time he said he would be. I high Recommend Burleson septic cleaning. Rick Grubbs came to my rescue. I had found a old receipt from 1998 from my grandmother who had used this service. So with that I took my chances and boy I'm glad I did. He was fast, kind, polite and knowledgeable. And now i'm back in business. Oh yeah, and they are reasonable priced. First time getting septic cleaned out (510.00) thought price was a little steep but needed to get done. Crew showed up on time and no later than 15-20 min. out the door. Was a little disappointed that I had to wait for 30 min for tank to fill up and had to close lids myself. I think for that price I should not lift a finger. Overall great customer service over phone. Shannon was incredible!! Even though it was challenging and he was exhausted from digging and searching , he persevered ! Then he called his teammates for back up. Great company. Got here quickly on July 4th weekend which was great. Fair price and excellent service. Explained things pumped tanks replaced aerator pump and found a fitting on aerator loose and are fixing that at no cost. They wanted to make sure everything is in working order. Definitely recommend them! ~ Bill C
